My name is unimportant,
but I have great reasoning for being here before you.
I came not from a distant land,
but have traveled to you from a faraway time.
I have come here with one goal in mind,
and that is to love you.
Lay down your guns
realign your hearts,
Listen to my gentle song.
To you I come
from a land apart,
to admit to you that I was wrong.
It’s funny
how the gentlest touch
from your delicate fingers
can make my heart pound
torturously upon the insides
of my chest.
My love for you is a double edged sword.
Ye and I
When we are alone
for those fleeting moments
as we lag behind the rest of the crew.
I live for this.
I live for us.
I live for only me and you.
Still. Life.
You exist to me only in photographs.
Frozen dances and timeless smiles
that I only wish I could be a part of.
